Returns & Refunds


You can return or exchange items up to 30 days after receiving your original order.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Incomplete products, damaged, worn or soiled will not be accepted.
Always include a note with your personal info inside the package. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

NOTE: All returns are refunded via store to your orriginal payment account.


All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
